Pollution has proven to be one of the major players in giving a person acne. The dirt trapped in pores clogs them and this can result to infections. This is a force to be reckoned with and you should not expose yourself to too much pollution any day.

Oily diet - Fried foods may taste good but it is one of the major contributors in developing acne. Oil is unhealthy, both for the body and for the skin. Eating too much oily food may lead to serious acne conditions. The more you eat, the more you expose yourself. So, next time, do not indulge yourself with that last bit of French fry and try eating greens instead.

Dirty sheets - Some people don’t pay attention to how often they change their sheets. The result: filthy pillow covers that just add to the toxins already present on your face after a day out. Unwashed pillow covers are like Petri dishes for bad bacteria and dirt, and it can even have the same effect of washing your face with dirt because you expose your face to it for as long as 8-12 hours as you sleep. Make sure you wash your pillowcases as often as you can, and change them every day.
